Louise a Cambridge graduate, has practised as a specialist employment lawyer throughout her career since qualifying in 1995, with extensive experience of a wide range of advice to employers and senior executives.
Her practice includes day to day advisory work, as well as transactional employment work (due diligence, acquisitions, outsourcing, consultation exercises, harmonisation of terms). Louise also handles litigation, including injunctions and resolution of disputes in the Employment Tribunals and in the Senior Courts.
Prior to founding the specialist employment practice Signet Partners in May 2011 Louise was previously a partner at Mayer Brown, and Head of Employment at Boodle Hatfield.

Nick is a chartered accountant and is a founder of the Firm. He was the Chief Executive of law firm Boodle Hatfield from 2004 to 2008, prior to which he was a partner at Andersen for 20 years.
While at Andersen he was variously Worldwide Managing Partner Technology Risk Consulting, Managing Partner EMEIA Risk Consulting and Managing Director ABA Worldwide Strategy. He was also responsible for client relationships with major clients, including FTSE100 companies.
He served on the audit committee of The Wellcome Trust from 2003-2009 and is a non-executive at Cambridge University Press.

Deborah is a solicitor advocate specialising in pensions and employment disputes. She has a wide range of experience acting for trustees, employers, representative members and individuals in Court, mediation and in Ombudsman cases.
Most recently Deborah spent five years as a senior lawyer at the Pension Protection Fund, with responsibility for litigation, fraud and other contentious issues. Prior to that she worked at Mayer Brown International LLP for twelve years.

Sarah Jane Brostoff
Sarah Jane advises on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious, including day to day HR problems, negotiated exits, restrictive covenants, redundancies, policies, strategy and discrimination.
She represents clients in employment disputes in both the tribunal and the high court. She also advises on the employment aspects of national and international mergers, acquisitions and business transfers. Her clients include multi-national companies, family businesses, family offices, trustees and high net worth individuals. She has advised on the management and implementation of cross border redundancy programmes and reorganisations. She also regularly provides client training, writes articles and lectures on employment law issues.
Sarah Jane read French and Italian at Bristol University and was previously a partner at Charles Russell Speechlys.

Kate joined Andersen as a secretarial trainee and spent the first 14 years of her professional life with the firm. She progressed through the firm to become EA to Head of UK Tax and then EA to the Global Managing Partner for Technology Risk Consulting and Managing Director, ABA Worldwide Strategy. In this role she worked with members of Andersen all over the world.
She took an extended career break to bring up her children and joined Signet on returning to professional work.
